HYROX

HYROX is where endurance meets strength. Each class mirrors the official race format with a mix of running intervals and functional fitness movements such as sled pushes, sled pulls, wall balls, burpee broad jumps, lunges, and rowing. You’ll not only build full-body strength and stamina—you’ll also learn pacing, movement efficiency, and strategy for peak performance.
