Min 1: 30-40 Second Plank Hold
Min 2: 30 Alt. SLOW Mountain Climbers (opposite knee towards opposite elbow)
Min 3: 30-40 Second Hollow Hold
Min 4: 30 Alt. V-ups
(continue pattern up to 16:00)

Notes: 
  • If unable to hold :30-:40, accumulate as much time as you can in plank/hollow hold up to :40 (take short breaks if needed)
  • Scale hollow holds to bent hollow hold
  • Mountain climbers should be slow and controlled!
  • Scale back reps if necessary to make sure you are getting rest
