Every 3:00 for 6 Rounds
400 Meter Run (or 2:00)
Max Reps up to 3:00 (see notes) 
*1:00 Rest b/w Rounds*

Notes:
  • Rounds 1/4: Max reps "pull" movement (pull-ups/ring rows if possible, table rows, bent over rows, or sumo deadlift high pulls)
  • Rounds 2/5: Max reps push-ups 
  • Rounds 3/6: Max reps air squats 
  • Example: Run 400 meters, or 2:00, then accumulate max reps of designated movement for that round up to 3:00 mark, rest 1:00 and repeat
