-3 second negative (down) and 3 second positive (up)
Set 2: 12 Reps
-3 second negative and 3 second positive
Set 3: 18 Reps
-3 reps with 3 second negative and 3 second positive, into 3 reps fast, 3 times through
Set 4: 12 Reps
-2 reps with 3 second negative and 3 second positive, into 2 reps fast, 3 times through
Set 5: 12 Reps as heavy as possible (no tempo)

Rest 2:00 between sets, record heavy set of 12 reps
