15 Banded Pull Aparts (red or blue band)
10 Barbell Bench Press

5 x 8 Reverse Grip Bench Press

Reverse Grip Bench Press

5 Sets
Set 1: 15 Reps (light)
Set 2: 12 Reps w/ 3 second negative
Set 3: 10 Reps w/ 3 second negative
Set 4: 8 Reps w/ 3 second negative
Set 5: 8 Reps w/ 3 second negative

Increase weight each set, building to heavy set of 8 reps w/ 3 second negative
Partner/Group up and USE A SPOTTER!! Take a couple warm up sets w/ just the bar!
