8 DB Front Squats
10 DB Shoulder Press
12 DB Bent Over Rows

With 2 dumbbells, light weight, same db’s for all 3 movements 
5 x 10 Landmine Rows

Score Type:: Total Weight

Lamdmine Rows

Set 1: 20 Reps (light)
Set 2: 15 Reps
Set 3: 12 Reps
Set 4: 7 Reps
-half rep from bottom into one full rep, this is 1 rep
Set 5: 10 Heavy Reps, into 10 moderate weight reps, into 10 light weight reps
-"drop set" style, strip weight after 10 reps and go straight into next 10 reps
-30 total reps

Increase weight each set, record your first 10 heavy reps on last set
1:00-1:30 rest between sets
